Our current definition of "economic success" is incresingly disconnected from the very conditions that allow life and societies to thrive.

Re-imagine

What makes us rich?

Convention tells us that wealth (defined by the Cambridge Dictionary as 'a large amount of money or valuable possessions') will make us happy. But as anyone who's experienced chronic illness, the death of a loved one, depression or loneliness knows, life's most valuable things - love, health, relationships, peace of mind, connection - can't be bought.

How did we end up with such a narrow definition of wealth? What would happen if we simply broadened that view?

Wealth is the ability to fully experience life.

Henry David Thoreau
Reflect

Instant wealth, this way!

No scams. No schemes. Just an honest reappraisal of what a rich life really looks like.

Reflecting on what a wealthy life is to you can help you snap out of your daily grind. How much of what you're spending your days on are things that won't matter in the end?

Next, we'll explore how you could experiment with practicing new economy thinking in your daily life.

When in your life have you felt rich without spending money?

What are you too busy for — and what does that say about your priorities?

What habits make you feel more alive, rather than more productive?

What do you wish you had more time for — and what currently steals it?

What would your 90-year-old self say you have an abundance of?
